What follows is the Brevard’s Children in Need Privacy Policy. 

Any personal information you provide to the Brevard’s Children in Need including and similar to your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, age, gender, search traffic, firm affiliations and titles will not be released, sold, shared, traded or rented to any entities or individuals outside of our organization except as noted below. We may use your email to directly send you information or marketing  messages that have been approved by Brevard’s Children in Need and other communications for which you requested subscription. Your contact information may be listed in membership directories should they be made available on our site. Contact information will not be shared except as described below. 


The Brevard’s Children in Need utilizes an opt-out policy for notifications about services, programs, products and marketing by logging in or by contacting the Space Coast Association of REALTORS at 321-242-2211.

The Association follows generally accepted standards to protect information collected and made available on its website. The Association also tests its security procedures and modifies them as new technologies become feasible. 


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
